They discussed the state of things in the school and Bakugou is yet another teenager who acts mature for his age. He was useful in the trial for figuring out that Reaver was responsible for Kaneki's death. Despite this, Logan holds nothing against Bakugou. It was nice of him to ask about the state of things between them though.
Bonding over weapons is definitely wonderful and if a warhammer drops out of the machine then Logan is really sorry. Unless Bakugou gets it, then he's not sorry at all.
